BIO
Jim is an attorney at law for general private practice (1988-present), an acting judge located in Upper Sandusky Municipal Court (1988-present), and even an instructor of Business Law at Tiffin University. Courses taught include: Business Law, Labor Law, Forensic Evidence Law, and Law and Ethics for MBA candidates.
He is the owner of Heritage Title Agency, which is certified by Ag Credit, he is a Village Solicitor, he was a City Prosecutor from 1989-92, and was an Assistant Seneca County Prosecutor from 1988-89 and 1992-98. He has memberships with the Seneca County (Past President) and Ohio State Bar Association, The Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (Board of Trustees), and Referee for the Ohio Department of Education. He is also a highly active member of the community.
His professional accomplishments consist of more than 30 years of legal practice, legal counsel for many local businesses in Upper Sandusky, Tiffin, Carey, and Sycamore. He has handled legal matters in the United States Federal Court, Northern District and Southern District, United States Bankruptcy Court, admitted and “pro-hac-vice” in the following states to handle specific cases: California, New York, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. He has prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies, handled jury trials in Wyandot County, Huron County, Seneca County, Hancock County, Sandusky County, Lucas County, and Wood County. He has also handled appeals in the 3rd District Court of Appeals and 6th District Court of Appeals.
Areas of concentration include real estate, corporate law, probate estates and estate planning.

Gina Grandillo is a lifelong resident of Tiffin, a Calvert graduate and an associate with James R. Gucker where she maintains a lively legal practice in defense, government and business law while keeping an active schedule as a trial attorney. A graduate of Ohio Northern University in Government, she interned at the US Capitol and was a member of the varsity track team. Holding a Law Degree from the University of Dayton, she is admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio and the District of Columbia. She is a past member of the Ohio Northern University Board of Trustees.
